Two cottages, two yurts and an off-grid vintage hut on an ecologically managed estate, on or within yards of the Cateran Trail, three miles north-east of Alyth. The estate is home three families of European beavers who have built dozens of dams and created a rich wetland for the benefit of many species of wildlife.
A delightful small two bedroom cottage with enclosed garden, refurbished in 2016, in secluded position in woodland at the entrance to the estate with beavers living within yards.. One double and one bunk room. Sitting room has wood burning stove. Bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen/dining room, TV, wifi. Wood/electric heating.

It has a wood burning stove, simple cooking facilities and composting toilet. The hideaway, on a footpath section of the Cateran trail overlooking beaver pools, is great for walkers, nature lovers and young families in search of adventure.
