Introduction

Glenkilrie House is an early 18th century building set in its own grounds on a real working hill farm 13 miles north of the town of Blairgowrie. Glenkilrie Estate has been in the hands of the Houstoun family for over 65 years and has been operating as a B and B for the past 32 years welcoming guests from all over the world. Glenkilrie is in an ideal location  for visitors who want peace an quite and to enjoy the beautiful countryside that surrounds it but it is also very accessible to many attractions in the area. The town of Blairgowrie is a 20 minute drive from Glenkilrie.

Guests are welcome to walk round the grounds where red squirrels are frequent visitors and our little pet fallow deer is always delighted to see someone. On the farm at Glenkilrie we have sheep, cattle and have recently started a red deer herd.
