Smithy Cottage is a south facing, semi-detached country cottage offering rural peace and quite, whilst it’s central location means that exploring Perthshire and beyond is well within reach.

The accommodation is all on the ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. Bathroom with electric shower over bath and toilet.

Heating is provided by Electric Storage Heaters, electricity is included in the rental. There is an Open fire in the living room and logs are provided and included in the rental.  Bed linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has an Electric cooker, Microwave, Washing machine and there is a tumble dryer. There is an enclosed garden at the rear of the property with garden furniture. There is off road parking sufficient for two cars.
